Our unique Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon, Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot and Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend bring together meticulous winemaking with the time-honored tradition of aging fine spirits in oak casks. After our winemaker crafts our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Red Blend, select lots are chosen to be aged in bourbon, rum or rye barrels, lending character and complexity of flavor when added to the final blend and creating special wines to be savored slowly.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in Bourbon Barrels, for an exception taste – our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is complex and decadent, blending the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey barrel aging to deliver bold flavor in the glass.
Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend
The cool climate of our coastal vineyards imparts our Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend with lush, dark fruit flavors of plum, black cherry and blackberry. Select lots are then aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, delivering a twist of rye and gingerbread spice and subtle toasted oak when added to the blend.
Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot
Our Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot blends the familiar with the exotic. The cool climate of our coastal vineyards imparts the wine with jammy flavors of plum and blueberry. Select lots are then aged in Rum barrels, delivering complex nuances of toasted coconut, molasses, and rich vanilla when added to the blend.
