Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Whiskey Sour
- 1 oz Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet
- 2 oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
Combine simple syrup, lemon and bourbon in cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain over ice and gently pour wine over the back of a spoon for a floater
